To secure this goal, GDIBA LP is looking for a highly motivated Broker (Marine Insurance) who is committed to grow together with our expanding team in Singapore.- The main tasks will in the role will contain the following:
- Servicing the company’s existing client portfolio in their daily operations
- Support and advice for clients in the shipping industry
- Observation and analysis of the insurance market and identification of insurance partners
- Development of insurance packages and coverage concepts with a focus on marine insurance
- Developing proposals and presentations to both existing and new clients
- Negotiating placements with international underwriters and cover holders
- Preparing and analysing statistical data and deriving recommended actions
- Administrating and producing of relevant insurance documentation
- Invoicing and clearing of premiums with insurers and clients

**Job Requirement**
- Applicant requirements- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical thinking
- Problem-solving attitude
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Taking initiatives proactively
- Team player as well as ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Optional requirements- Experience in the field of transport insurance or marine insurance
