**Role Overview**:
As a Claims Broker specializing in the marine insurance sector, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and negotiating insurance claims on behalf of our esteemed clients. Your expertise in the maritime field will be instrumental in assessing, processing, and resolving claims efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessing and managing claims in compliance with maritime insurance policies and regulations.
- Collaborating closely with clients, insurers, and third-party entities to facilitate claim resolutions.
- Conducting thorough investigations to determine the validity and extent of claims.
- Negotiating settlements while advocating for the best interests of our clients.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on claims processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the marine insurance industry, preferably in claims handling or brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime insurance policies, terms, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed claim investigations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in claims management.
