You are a highly passionate, detail-oriented, and technically savvy eCommerce Marketplace Specialist such as Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee and other platforms.
- Assist account set up and on-going optimization, including operating terms and product listings.
- Manage the day to day workflow and processes of weekly replenishment
- Track shipments and entry tickets to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor products, sellers, and pricing on marketplaces
- Work cross-functionally with all departments (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to address issues, ensure all systems are up to date and more
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for a website, marketplaces, and MAP; train back-up resources, as needed
- Stay abreast of best practices for successful e-commerce branding, sales, and technology
- Design event promotion & seasonal promotion package
- Social Media & Website maintenance.
- A self-motivated team player who works well under pressure.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design (Optional).
- Knowledge in photo shooting, video editing, and creative thinking will be an added advantage (Optional).
- Good learning attitude, independent as well as a team player.
- Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to detail.
- Meticulous, efficient, and able to work under deadline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
