We are seeking a passionate and dedicated basketball coach to join our team at MGM Basketball Academy. As a coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and training to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. Your primary role will involve planning and conducting basketball training sessions, focusing on skill development, game strategies, and overall player improvement. You will work closely with players to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, tailor training programs to meet their needs, and motivate them to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will foster a positive and inclusive environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game of basketball.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a basketball player and coach, with a strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate players of all ages and backgrounds.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, adapting to the needs and skill levels of individual players.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping players reach their full potential on and off the court.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules, track player progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $15.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 8 per week
