**Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated analyst to support client growth through financial innovation. You will collaborate with various teams to understand commercial initiatives and work with data engineering, data science, and development teams to empower finance operations and decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Analysis**:Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- **Data Quality Assurance**:Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **Collaboration**:Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and maintain data integrity.
- **Enhancements**:Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- **Research & Learning**:Stay updated on business processes and data analytics techniques.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, finance, or data analysis.
- BS/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a STEM field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to conduct complex data analysis independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
