**Working Hours (Rotating shifts, NO fix morning shifts)**:

- 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm
- 10am-10pm/ 12pm-10pm

**Working Days**: 6 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily bakery operations, including production, sales, and inventory management.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients/supplies, and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Drive sales by promoting bakery products, upselling, and executing promotions.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean store environment for customers.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staffs.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Conduct on-the-job training and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in cash handling, daily sales reporting, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Bakery/ Food Retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends/holidays.
