1. Production planning
- Plan for production including releasing of work order and ensuring on time delivery of shipment based on customer requirement
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics group to ensure on time receipt, delivery of material and finished goods shipment.
- Monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
- Perform delivery order of components and collection order of finishing goods to 3rd party warehouse

2. SAP process
- Perform SAP routing creation
- Perform SAP Good receipt/Good Issue/Transfer posting whenever necessary
- Non-standard Production order creation (Witness test /QA test/Rework)
- Production order BOM list amendment according to engineering request
- COGI check before goods delivery

3. Witness test /QA test coordination
- Schedule witness test /QA test in production planning according to engineering /sales request
- Coordinate with QA for test procedure to send to Sales/customer
- Coordinate with sales for approved witness test procedure for production to execute the work order
- Coordinate with QA test for approved check sheet
- Witness test and QA test status reporting in weekly meeting

4. Production down time report
- Prepare monthly Production down time report.

5. Final inspection
- Take photos of finish goods according to SOP before goods delivery and store in the server.
- Ensure Engine/Alternator/Radiator SN are tally with MGS check sheet

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree / Diploma, or any equivalent in Engineering (preferable) / supply chain management /Logistics
- At least 2 years of production planning experience in production planning and inventory management
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience in ERP system preferable SAP system (PP module) with good knowledge of supply chain, material flow concept and production planning reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
