**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. In this role, you will pay a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Handling administrative requests and queries
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors

Requirements and Skills
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels and a team player
- Diploma holder or min 5 years experience in a HR and Admin role
