**Your Role**:
As part of the **Oracle HCM Cloud **Practice, your role will be to support various clients in the implementation of our partner’s solutions in the Singapore & APAC Market

You will be required to coordinate and to contribute each phase of the project, namely:

- **Framing the project participate **in the project framework session: planning, organization etc.
Identification of main stakeholders
Establish related governance bodies
- **Design & Configuration Phase**:Attend identification workshop for needs specifications
Drafting of the general functional specifications
Configuration and follow-up of the configuration of **Oracle HCM Cloud**
- **Testing & Validation Phase**:Definition of tests scenarios
Participate in the testing phases
- **Support and training phase**:Deployment of support and user assistance
Provide training to the users
Definition of the change management plan

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
- Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or Support Projects
- Configuration knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Functional knowledge of the different modules: CoreHR, Recruiting (ORC), Performance, Compensation..
- Any certifications would be a plus.
- You are dynamic, resilient, and have effective communication skills.
- You have 2 to 4 years of expertise in this particular field.
