About The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build consumer-friendly digital wallets and core payment products to support global ecological businesses and global users.
- Understand user customs, competition landscape and regulation, market insights, consumer pain points and differentiated competition, and establish a viable value proposition and business strategy for digital wallets through research and competitive analysis in different markets.
- Manage short-and long-term product planning and prioritization based on user value and business value.
- Responsible for the whole product lifecycle end to end, from conception, design, development, testing, release and operation, including user top-up, transfer, withdrawal, acquiring transaction payment, and related user interaction, back office management, risk management and Anti Money Laundering integration, Data Analysis, etc.
- Identify optimization requirements between business and product baseline. Improve product architecture and design to ensure high stability, performance and reliability.
- Operate products by targeting regulatory issues, user feedback, and KPI analysis to continuously improve User Experience, increase customer acquisition and retention. Identify insights and trends in product features to iterate product competitiveness.
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage stakeholders and products across multiple markets. Continuously optimize the product request acceptance process and improve delivery efficiency.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience as product manager/owner role with payments-related products in fintech.
- Strong business sense and experience in product planning in the payment industry.
- Domain knowledge of payment/wallet/card/digital banking related payment products, experience in digital wallet products is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in consumer-facing product lifecycle management for Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Product Requirements Writing, Data Analysis and Operations. Strong attention to detail and User Experience. Passionate about developing products and experiences with great customer empathy.
- Responsible for top up, transfer, withdrawal, acquiring transaction payment, and related back office operation, risk and AML integration, Data Analytics, etc.
- Familiar with defining and optimizing product management processes and tools to support product lifecycle management.
- Strong logical and structured thinking, excellent abstraction and induction skills
