**Responsibilities**:
In particular, role’s job scope will include:

- Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal as well as external) for secondary sell and buy transactions;
- Handle the execution of secondary deals - investor due diligence process, documentation (NDA, trade docs and KYC);
- Communicate inter-departments to facilitate access to deal info and investors' Q&A;
- Maintain the secondary database and provide secondary market update to senior management and within syndication teams;
- Expand and continue to develop syndication team’s network of investors for potential secondary transactions;
- Support underwriting for Loan trading transactions including the preparation of underwriting approval memo;
- Execution of Loan trading deals;
- Overall management of original trade docs.

**Job Requirements**
- Business/finance related university degree;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking/finance, preferably with exposure to loan syndications;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Team player
- Detailed orientated

This position will be part of the Strategic Products Group of Loan Capital Markets. This will cover secondary sales/purchases in APAC, cross regional sales and loan trading. Deal coverage will be across different loan structures (corporate, FI, project finance, LBO, real estate, transportation, etc).
