Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be joining the analyst team within Syndication Group. The team is responsible for supporting the Origination and Distribution teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and presentation of discussion and underwriting memos and financing information mining and analysis in relation to target Asian customers
- Assist in preparation of pitches/presentations, term sheets, proposal packages and other marketing materials
- Assist preparation and presentation of discussion and underwriting memos
- Assist preparation for launch of syndicated loans including preparation of IMs, bank lists, invite letters; roadshow meeting schedule and logistics, roadshow presentation materials coordination of site visits, following up with banks and responding to/coordinating responses on Q&A
- coordination and review of documentation;
- preparation and updating of documents for internal reporting purposes and maintaining database (pricing, structure, etc.) of loan deals in Asia; and
- assisting other sub-teams in secondary assets for purchase or sales, and credit insurance execution ; and
- assist the Origination and Distribution teams in other tasks where required
- Preparation of compliance & internal reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years experience in financial/banking markets
- Either DCM / LCM / Syndicate experience (combination of all 3 most desirable)
- Relevent sales experience dealing face to face with end clients
- Fundamental or basic knowledge of credit
- Proficient in financial analysis
- Understanding of loan documentation
- Relevent financial sales experience
- Proficient in working with software such as Excel,Powerpoint, etc.
