**Accounts Officer**
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for either Accounts Payable or Receivable tasks
- Processing daily cheque payments and routine transfers via banking interface
- Daily invoice generation and distribution, close follow up with Customers/agents disputes and settlement issues.
- Monthly SOA, and analysis on Customers/Overseas Agents Accounts.
- Cashflow management and preparation of weekly reports and month end reporting packages
- Claims related matters including intercompany charges and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly Bank and Balance sheet reconciliations as well as Aging reports.
- Coordinating/working with external auditors on Financial Audit and tax agents on company tax matters.
- Assist with various admin or ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in MNC organization.
- Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem
- solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and good team player
