**About this role**
This role will be based in Singapore, supporting the development of our urban design capability; specifically, to significantly bolster our ability to shape city shaping projects from conception and planning through to delivery with a focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia.

**What will I do?**
- Deliver high quality urban design at all levels:

- Conceptual design
- Visual clarity of ideas using various software, hand sketches etc
- Understanding of urban typologies
- Help deliver urban design guidelines
- Lead the development of visual language in the team
- Presentation skills
- Digital automation and visual representation (animations, videos, stills)
- Ensuring that the various functions associated with this role are undertaken within required timeframes and standards and under mínimal supervision.
- May be responsible for the development, design, and management of some projects. This will involve coordinating people, facilities, and resources within tight timelines and in line with budgetary constraints.
- Project and bid support for the urban design component of masterplanning, transit orientated development and city shaping projects.
- High level of coordination of tasks and deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Urban Design
- 1-2 years of experience as an Urban Designer on multi-disciplinary city shaping projects, work on urban design in the public domain and masterplanning at city and regional scale in Southeast Asia
- Has experience of using digital tools for automation, animation and graphical representation including video editing.
- Adobe suites (in-design, illustrator, photoshop)
- Adobe After Effects & Premier is a must
- 3D software such as rhino (with grasshopper/ scripting), sketch-up
- CAD softwares (e.g. autocad), knowing revit is an advantage
- Hand sketching
- Microsoft suites
