Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) is in collaboration with Sport Singapore to introduce the Specialist Training Scheme (STS) which is a 2-years training programme to complement your education and knowledge from Universities.

You will develop practical, industry relevant skills and experience in Sports Management across the domains of:

- National Sports Associations (NSA) governance and business capability development
- Athlete pathways developmentHigh performance planning and management

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide administrative support to HPSI High Performance Sport Managers (HPSMs) / NSAs in:

- Administering athlete, coach and NSA grant schemes such as spexGrants and NSA Annual Grants
- Conducting research and analysis on What It Takes To Win (WITTW) plans for assigned sport and athletes, including identifying and documenting the ideal athlete Daily Training Environment (DTE)
- Building the NSA and athlete data collection and tracking processes
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of Multi Year Sports Plans (MYSPs)
- Monitoring and tracking the implementation of KPIs and Annual FundingProviding secretariat support for Joint Management Committee (JMC) meetings, Functional Sport Programme (FSP) meetings, NSA Board meetings and other planning and management meetings for the sport.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Sports Studies/Marketing/Managment or related specialty
- Background in Sport Management, Sport Coaching, Sport Science or any other sports-related fields.
- Experience of participating or delivering sport programmes, either in the capacity of Performance Athlete, Coach, Sport Scientist or Manager.
- Capable of engaging a diverse group of stakeholders in the spirit of building partnerships.
- Possess problem-solving skills to generate new ideas through evaluating all the different situations.
- An ability to work across a range of areas/sports, possibly outside your current area of expertise.
- Possess good conceptual, analytical and project management skills.Possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
