We are looking for an experienced **Brokerage & Custody Operations - Senior Specialist **to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.

**What we offer**:

- Execute brokerage operational tasks related to cash payments processing, digital assets settlements and client onboarding setups
- Serve as the point of contact for daily BAU operations matters
- Perform daily reconciliations and cash rebalancing to ensure accurate ledger records
- Support team lead in new business initiatives and re-inventing target operating model for future finance
- Perform user acceptance testing, supporting and documentation of evolving operation models and processes
- Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings
- Opportunity to expand operation knowledge and provide support for other operational functions relating to cryptos, including fund operations

**What you offer**:

- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the field of Banking or Payments Operations, with strong knowledge in cash management and investigations
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Passion to automate processes and add efficiency to work
- Strong ownership and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working with start-ups or fintech companies Knowledge in treasury management is a plus
