**Position Overview**:
To strengthen our strategic expansion in the Greater China region, we are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected executive to join us as **Partner - China Business**. This role is based in Singapore and will lead China-related initiatives, government and corporate outreach, and business development efforts across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business strategies for the China region
- Build and manage relationships with Chinese enterprises, government agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and secure cross-border investment opportunities, and assist Chinese clients in expanding internationally
- Work closely with internal teams on investment banking, legal, and financial projects
- Travel frequently to China to engage clients and partners
- Represent the firm in high-level forums, business summits, and policy exchanges

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or above in Finance, Business, Law, or related fields
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, government relations, consulting, or enterprise management
- Extensive network of corporate and government contacts in China, with a proven track record of turning relationships into business
- Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to travel and work in a high-performance environment
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
