HELIX is seeking a highly motivated and talented Web3/DeFi Research Intern to join our team. As a Web3/DeFi Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development and growth of our institutional RWA protocol.

At HELIX, we are revolutionizing the way investors access private credit opportunities by connecting them to real-world assets through our innovative protocol. Our proprietary Credit Risk Analytics technology enables us to analyze and extract invaluable insights from millions of loan data points, ensuring that our investors have access to stable yields that are uncorrelated to the broader crypto market volatility.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of Web3 and DeFi while working alongside a talented and dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:

- _Investor Relations:_
- Assist in creating investment materials, from design to publication.
- Identify and nurture relationships with crypto investors, including VC, family offices, private investors, and crypto funds.
- Coordinate investor due diligence and onboarding.
- Research:_
- Dive deep into the DeFi industry, conducting thorough research and creating insightful reports.
- Marketing:_
- Amplify our protocol's presence on social media and various communication channels.
- Support broader brand and product campaigns to raise awareness of our Web3 decentralised lending protocol.
- Additional Responsibilities:_
- As the role evolves, take on ad-hoc projects and duties.

**Requirements**:

- Penultimate year or above undergraduates/postgraduates with a background in business, accountancy, or marketing.
- Proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
- Previous experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or web3 projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Basic understanding of DeFi protocols, trends, themes, and tokenomics.
- Networking skills and an enjoyment of building relationships with investors.
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Programming skills are a plus but not required.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
