United Language Centre (ULC), a leading language school and community hub for expats in Singapore, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Education Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Education Sales Consultant at ULC, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with expats and empowering them to achieve their language learning goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to prospective students and their families, both through outbound calls and face-to-face interactions, to understand their language learning needs and goals
- Present and promote our diverse range of language programs, highlighting their unique features and benefits
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess students' language proficiency levels and recommend suitable courses
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve individual sales targets and maximize conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for students
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position ULC as the preferred language education provider
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or language training industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese are crucial for effectively engaging with our diverse student community and serving our primarily Chinese-speaking student base.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM systems or sales software is an advantage
