**We are looking for you,**

**SES and Contracts Coordinator**

**to our Maintenance team at the Singapore refinery**

**You will focus on ensuring smooth maintenance, project and TA operations with our service contractors. In this job you will work closely with our in-house contractors, Procurement, Finance, Projects & Construction, Area Leads, Planning & Scheduling, TA and refinery operations.**

**Your role in our team as SES and Contracts Coordinator**:

- **Coordinate contractors on actual work postings and related costs**
- **Ensure on-time invoice payments**
- **Manage proactive creation of service items and their pricing**
- **Participate in sourcing process for service contractors**
- **Provide input on short term (weekly/monthly) actual cost forecasts**
- **Act as SES key user**

**Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role**
- **Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at minimum experience of 3-5 years of heavy process industry maintenance, project and TA activities with good aptitude and knowledge in reviewing contracts**
- **Understanding of heavy process industry production processes**
- **Knowledge in SAP systems**
- **Ability to work both independently and as a team. Promote culture of teamwork**
- **Experience in service contract scope management**
- **Good communication skills and internal/external stakeholder management**
