Assistant Project Manager

**Responsibilites**:

- Administers, monitors and continuously ensures all operations conforms to yard safety & quality requirements and standards
- Implements, maintains and communicate the Safety & Quality Management System
- Coordinates, monitors and manages jobs/projects assigned by the department/superior
- Liaises and coordinates with customer/project in-charge on work scope & requirement
- Assists to source and liaise with subcon/vendors/suppliers
- Reviews, monitors and assesses Foreman/Supervisor/Workmen and assigned subcon/vendors/suppliers
- Ensures completion of work scope/requirement and update customer/project in-charge
- Prepares completion report/ timesheet / delivery order / service report / customer feedback form and ensure endorsement upon completion of work
- Ensures the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Regulations
- Participates in all planned HSEQ programmes
- Attends all meeting in relation to assigned job/project
- Reviews and maintains assigned SES Risk Assessment (RA)
- Works Inspection onboard / on-site
- Drafts Inspection report for submission
- Raises and follows up with any accident / incident reports (SES)
- Performs any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marine, and/or Mechanical engineering
- Working onboard vessel and shipyard (Safety Aspects)
- Project Management, Good Supervisory, Negotiation and Planning Skills
- Have attended Shipyard Safety Supervisor & Competency (SSSC) Training course.
- Have attended Ship Repair Manager Couse
