Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive architecture, development, maintenance of efficient, highly scalable and secured services that power our video system, including video data and video processing platform.
- Aligning with product and org objectives, especially on data privacy and compliance, coordinate with cross functional teams on delivering key results.
- Build and manage a strong team of software engineers & site reliability engineers, including mentoring junior team members and support team on career development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 5+ years' working experience.
- 2+ years on managing or tech-leading a software engineer team.
- Strong communication; passionate, self-motivated and good teamwork skills.
- Experience as a team leader in multinational or multi-cultural background company will consider as a bonus.
