Our client, an omni-channel product company, is looking to hire a Technical Lead to manage projects related to their in-house ERP system.

**[Job Description]**
- Lead the technical implementation and integration of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and system requirements.
- Oversee ERP system configuration, data migration, and integration with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, SCM).
- Provide hands-on development and customization of ERP system including writing scripts, creating reports, and developing workflows to meet business needs.
- Design and implement custom solutions within the ERP platform to address specific business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.
- Ensure ERP system modules (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) are tailored and optimized for the organization’s specific use cases.
- Lead and mentor a team of ERP developers, administrators, and technical resources
- Oversee the continuous improvement of the ERP system by monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Proactively identify potential system issues or risks and resolve them before they impact business operations.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure that the ERP system continues to meet business needs as the organization evolves.
- Conduct training and support end users on system functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation for ERP system architecture, customizations, workflows, and integrations.

[Requirements and skillsets]
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation, customization and integration (preferably with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong experience in ERP architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
- Proficient in ERP development languages, scripting, and tools (SQL, Javascript, Python, Git, SuiteScript etc.), and integration frameworks such as REST, gRPC.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, inventory, etc.) and how they relate to business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with the ability to motivate and manage projects to successful outcomes.
