**Job Summary**

We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and demonstrated Tech Lead. You and your tech team will be responsible for providing the technical aspects to deliver a large enterprise Responsive Web Application project in a Secured Software Delivery Lifecycle. Later, this includes bugs resolution and maintenance of the project.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in SSDLC where relevant
- Assigning and prioritising tasks to tech team
- Working with other non-tech team members to deliver the project successfully
- Provide technical governance ensuring that processes are being followed by the team
- Work with developers to develop detailed level solutioning
- Assist Solution Architect to understand and develop high-level solutions for the project
- Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure tasks are prioritized based on implementation schedule
- Adjust and assist as necessary to ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner
- Escalate to Technical Manager appropriately
- Develop and implement new features.
- Ensure timely resolution of bugs for maintenance projects.
- Delivery of change requests/feature enhancements.
- Work on full stack development / maintenance engineering tasks.
- Participating in team activities, processes and providing appropriate feedback.
- Coaching the team members on development matters.
- Participate in meetings with users to assist with requirements gathering and assessing technical matters.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in at least C#, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Familiar with PHP.
- Expertise in backend frameworks like ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Expertise in frontend development like React Native, vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Expertise in any of the relational databases like MySQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in non-SQL database MongoDB.
- Good to have practical experience in AWS and Terraform. Certifications in AWS a plus.
- Strong Object-oriented programming skills.
- Strong ability to communicate technical design details.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong leadership quality
- Excellent ability to work in a team and lead the team.
