**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- As a Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be involved in key HR portfolios including:
Employer Branding and Recruitment: You will drive recruitment strategies to attract officers to join as Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) Instructors. This includes working with multiple stakeholders within and beyond NYC to propose marketing strategies, and establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of these marketing efforts. You will also support the end-to-end recruitment of OBS instructors which includes marketing, planning and coordination of the OBS Instructor Selection Process.
Internship Programme: You will partner Divisions and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to onboard interns for various opportunities and review the process to improve internship experience.
HR Communications: You will conceptualize and execute strategies to ensure HROD communications to staff are relatable as a youth-centered agency. This includes exploring initiatives to enhance user experience in accessing HR policies and information, as part of efforts to encourage staff to self-help in finding the information.
Learning & Development: You will support a team to promote lifelong learning for our staff. Using data collected and analysed from a recent learning needs survey, you will roll out initiatives for staff to take charge of their learning as part of their career and competency development.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize various information/data points and propose solutions.
- Good written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) to analyse and recommend data-driven insights
- Proactive, resourceful, high learning agility, and adaptable to dynamic working environment
- Able to engage stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams
