**What You Will Do**

You will play a critical role in helping clients lead and manage transitions by identifying, developing, and implementing both organisational and people interventions.

As a HROD Consultant, you will design and implement solutions/ engagements to meet the needs of clients. You will also be involved in proposal development as well as project management across various solution areas including the following, depending on your area of domain specialisation:
**Domain: Human Capital**
- HR advisory services to clients on employment terms and conditions
- Measurement of employee engagement and culture
- Development of competency frameworks (core and functional)
- Development of performance management policies and processes
- Development of learning and development policies and processes
- Development of career and succession management policies and processes
- Development of recruitment policies, processes and assessment methods
- Development of compensation and benefits structure

**Domain: Organisational Development**
- Process improvement and job redesign
- Design and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes
- Design of culture alignment solutions including team alignment interventions
- Facilitation of strategy development and work plans
- Facilitation of customer strategy and design of customer experiences

You will also be expected to contribute to practice development by introducing/ developing new tools and methodologies.

**What It Takes To Be In This Role**
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Resilience and tenacity
- Engaging and business savvy individuals, preferably with consulting experience (internal or external)
- Self-starter, self-motivated with a lifelong learning and growth mindset
- Team-player with good people management skills including clear communications and ability to establish rapport and trust
- Intrapreneurial - strong sense of ownership and responsibility, willing and eager to try new things, courageously questions the status quo when appropriate
