**REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER**
**Food - edible oils and fats**
**Location: Singapore, Biopolis**
**Key Account Management**:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the specialty fats industry.
Understand customers' business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
Regularly visit key accounts to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
Conduct business reviews with key accounts to assess their satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues.
**Sales and Business Development**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned key accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialty fats industry.
Present and promote the organization's products and services to key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on key performance indicators.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide input to the sales forecasting process and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
**Customer Service and Support**:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with customer service and support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to key accounts.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry etc.
Proven experience in key account management or sales within the specialty fats industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the specialty fats industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Analytical skills to gather and interpret market data and identify sales opportunities.
Able to travel
