Location: Singapore
- Support strategic partnerships team in day-to-day operations including but not limiting to vouchers and giftcards.
- Understand the full marketing plan of each payment partnership, support team in payment vouchers creation and working with various cross functional teams to ensure that vouchers are displayed in the right touchpoints.
- Handle gift cards creation, sales process and fulfilment.
- Manage clear documentation of payment vouchers & gift cards.
- Work with graphic designers on the necessary creative asset support for each campaign/payment partner.
- Work cross functionally to ensure marketing communications for each partnership is well-supported through the necessary channels (e.g. onsite banners, EDM, social, LazLive, etc).
- Troubleshoot vouchers/gift cards related tech problems with Customer Service & product/tech teams.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong multitasking skills and able to handle huge amount of partnership processes with accuracy.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment.
- Able to work on certain weekends/public holidays if they fall on mega campaign days.
