**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution
- Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements
- To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement
- To ensure the profit margin is achieved the set target accordingly
- Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.
- Handover submission arrangement with the drafter team and project team
- Liaising with authorities, clients, Main-contractor, and consultants to resolve any contractual matters.
- Checking and ensuring all plans and works are per specifications.
- Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.
- Experience in infrastructural projects and construction-related works will be an advantage

- Mondays to Fridays, 9 am-6.30 pm
- Salary commensurate with experience
