**The Company**

FourTwoThree is a financial/climate-technology company that builds and operates a data platform that nimbly connects all key players of the global economy. In collaboration with our network of partners, we empower businesses with the actions and tailored products/services needed to become more resilient and efficient. This in turn gives our customers - financial institutions and large corporations - a more transparent, resilient supply chain and a new paradigm of data-qualified commercial opportunities.

We've secured our first customers and have an extensive network of co-creation partners eager to help us succeed. We're led by three founders with deep expertise in finance, technology and sustainability across four continents, and who have all learned (usually the hard way) how to make genuine impacts in complex, process-heavy industries.

**Our Finance/Operations and People** **practice**

We’ve been a global team since our first day of operations, and it is a key priority to ensure that our company culture is replicated and deepened across our offices. This means being pragmatic and product-minded in our operations, and ensuring all of our people, regardless of their location, are well-supported as we pursue our ambitious mission.

Successful technology companies innovate not only through their product but through their processes. Our Finance & Operations teams work collaboratively with our engineers, our product specialists and all other functions to find clever ways of working more effectively. Not only does this ensure we're building a productive company, it means no one in our team has to wake up each morning with an agenda full of uninteresting, repetitive tasks

**The role**

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded, detail-oriented Coordinator to help run our Singapore operations. This role spans finance, operations and HR functions. While we expect that you will bring 2-5 years of hands-on experience from one or more of these functions, we hope this role provides an opportunity for you to expand your skill set into new areas. Professional development is a foundational part of all of our roles across the business.

While we don’t expect you to have all of the following experiences, have some exposure to many of them would be an asset:

- Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Management of HRIS systems
- Office management
- Coordination of hiring processes, including offers
- Employee benefits
- Event planning and coordination
- Managing invoicing
- Job platforms (LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of corporate secretarial functions (annual filing, etc.)
