**About Us**:Snap Fitness is a premier fitness facility dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating environment for our members. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance and HR Manager to join our team and help us manage our financial operations and human resources functions effectively.

As the Finance and HR Manager at Snap Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and HR functions within the gym. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, payroll, and employee relations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our gym and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Finance: _**
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
- Assist with financial planning and strategy development

**_Human Resources: _**
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in finance and HR management roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles and HR practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
