At ING Labs, we are looking for an experienced operational manager to support our Singapore office in their operations.

You will be working in the ING Labs Singapore office and/ or remotely in a very international and dynamic environment.

**Your role**

The Labs Operations Manager will work closely with the Head of ING Labs, Singapore, to ensure that our initiatives and ventures are well covered for the services they require. You will coordinate between various stakeholder groups, including Human Resources, Finance, Sponsors, Labs core teams, and any other stakeholder involved in initiatives’ lifecycles. You will continuously aim at improving processes along the way, navigating complex situations, helping with various forms of communication, and ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and managed well.

**Your duties include**
- Stage gate planning and preparation of materials towards Innovation Fund submission deadlines
- Upkeep of financial overview per team and assisting the preparation of budget requests
- Internal and external invoicing
- Ensure that various administrative processes are running smoothly
- Assist venture builders with getting the support they need from within ING by getting to know ING stakeholders in several departments in Singapore and Amsterdam
- Assist with key stakeholder meetings and business reviews
- Support and manage recruitment processes
- Assist the teams with client communication and customer interactions
- Create and distribute operational progress reports
- Support on governance and administration in areas of non-financial risk, compliance, and legal, among others
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove operational impediments to enable teams to accelerate and grow
- Upkeep of team calendar and activities
- Be a key player in keeping a great team culture alive

- You are proficient in English. Dutch or Chinese is a plus
- You are resilient, result oriented, and keen to improve efficiency
- You are not afraid of complexity and are able to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
- You are comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
- You are a doer that loves to get things done
- You have strong interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
- You have a risk aware mindset and understand the importance of compliance in a regulated financial services institution
