
Senior Sales Manager

He/ She is responsible for implementing all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels.
Develops strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for Leisure & Luxury accounts and optimizes revenue contributions from these managed accounts for all Singapore hotels.
Ensures ongoing awareness of personal and team goal achievement as well as the hotels’ financial positions vs previous year and current year budgets.
Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Leisure & Luxury sales team.
**Requirements**:
Able to maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees.
Establishes and maintains effective communication channels.
Flexes communication to accommodate a multicultural team environment.
Possesses good command of the English language spoken.
Possesses various Office software skills as well as comprehensive knowledge of Amadeus Advanced (delphi.fdc) and SLIM tools.
3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
