About GLOBALFOUNDRIES:
Essential Responsibilities include:

- Execution of RF measurement
- Ensure accurate and consistent data
- Proficient in both wafer-level and board-level measurement
- Analyze measured data
- Develop/modify test routine according to measurement specifications
- Circuit design and simulation
- Design RF circuit blocks according to specifications
- Analyze and debug RF circuits
- Device modeling

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Microelectronic Engineering
- 1-2 years relevant experience in IC design preferred
- Circuit design (Virtuoso/ADS), testing, device modeling, semiconductor fabrication

Preferred Qualifications:

- Possess good working attitude and able to take ownership in projects
- Proactive
- Meticulous
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team
