As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the hiring process. You will be working closely with the Hiring Manager, assisting in various recruitment activities and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information in a secure and professional manner.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when requested

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Local Polytechnic Diploma or Local/ Overseas Degree
- **Experience**:Customer Service experience/Admin Assistant (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- University students currently studying welcome

**Working Hours**: 3 to 5 hours/day, 2 days a week (Part Time - Day Shift)

**Salary**: $10/hr

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
