**Job Description**:
Office Administrator (Part Time/Paid Internship)
Job Scope:
- Provide daily administrative and back-end support for the insurance agency.
- Assist Associate Directors with various tasks and processes.
- Help create presentations, manage record tracking, and other office-related tasks.
- Design certificates and other related materials.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum of 'A' Levels or Diploma.
- Part Time Work Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or office work experience.
- Paid Internship Work Experience: No minimum experience required. Hourly wages will differ depending on amount of work experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use macOS and Windows computers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic design skills (e.g., certificate design) are a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Commitment: Minimum 6 months commitment. University internships can be accommodated with prior notice.
Working Hours:
- Flexible, in-person in Alexandra, at least 3-4 days per week.
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM (working hours may vary for special events).
