**Store Project Manager SEAO - Global Luxury Brand**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The role of **Store Project Manager SEAO** (Southeast Asia and Oceania) region involves taking charge of store projects management in alignment with the store projects strategy and guidelines provided by the Headquarters (HQ). The primary objective is to uphold the global image of the brand throughout the SEAO region.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee store projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate internal departments, external consultants/vendors, and communicate with landlords.
- Manage construction processes and ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.
- **Design Compliance**:

- Ensure design integrity, brand standards, and specifications are met in accordance with HQ guidelines.
- Review and monitor project budget, ensuring compliance with design guidelines.
- Review drawings and finish samples for construction and millwork, coordinating with HQ for ordering and follow-up.
- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop project schedules and update implementation plans based on project progress.
- Manage and control project risks, anticipating various situations while maintaining planning and quality standards.
- Coordinate with related departments and public authorities to address project issues.
- **Budget Management**:

- Review and monitor project budgets, overseeing the payment process for local contractors and architects.
- Strong emphasis on delivering projects within budget constraints.
- **Documentation and Follow-up**:

- Maintain organized project files and ensure the finalization of file content.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Hold a degree in Architecture and Design, demonstrating a passion for the retail business.
- **Experience**:

- Possess at least 8 years of project management experience, preferably within high-quality architecture, retail environments, or management consultancies.
- Specific experience in managing retail pop-up stores is preferable.
- **Skills**:

- Anticipate various situations while respecting planning and quality standards.
- Good knowledge of local codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence.
