**OBJECTIVES**

The LVMH Fashion Group in Asia Pacific manages a portfolio of Fashion brands such as Celine, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe and Marc Jacobs. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of internal control policies and workflows, and acts as a key business partner to the various business senior executives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enhance, troubleshoot, improve, and create processes in relation to internal controls, policies & procedures, risk assessment matters, across functions not limited to financial accounting, business planning, retail operations, human resources, IS&T for SEAO.
- Take ownership of the Internal Control Manual: update, enhance, train.
- Lead and conduct audit programs based on business/brand relevance. Undertakes audit procedures to verify that controls are operating as intended through testing and interviewing techniques.
- Lead and/or manage processes related to policies implementation and governance for Fashion Group
- Be an operation-minded business partner, highlighting risks to management, co-responsible for curbing
- actions.
- Perform & report the yearly LVMH internal control frame for each legal entity in SEAO.
- Co-lead the annual retail audit together with each Brand’s Business Planning & Control Managers.
- Benchmark best practices with LVMH sister brands/categories’ Internal Control managers.
- Perform annual standard controls (ERICA) to allow proper disclosure of risk on the financial representation letter.
- Develop other thematic missions, depending on risks assessed by Fashion Group, and recommendations from LVMH Internal Audit.

**PROFILE**
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Internal Control or Audit
- CPA or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting related disciplines
- International work experience (outside of local country) of at least 2 years
- Knowledge of retail and/or luxury is highly advantageous
- Experience using Microsoft Axapta, POS and other related BI tools/digital solutions
- Moderate business travelling may be required
