Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of cheques for clearing, checking of cheques for acceptability, data entries and verification
- Handling of enquiries/escalations from branches, business units and contact centre
- Handling of exceptions including calling of customers
- Verification of inward cheques and IBG clearing operations
- Perform End-of-Day Reconciliation, collate Statistics and month-end reporting
- Participate in adhoc projects, CTS Cheque/IBG Bank Industry testing and any other SRO initiatives

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum University degree holder from approved university
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the same position (in branch banking or back office operations, particularly in area of cheque and GIRO clearing)
- Good with numbers, fast and accurate with processing & data entry
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Words & Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal communication skills
