**Responsibilities**:

- Team Development _
- Provide creative guidance for the team with regards to corporate assignments.
- Provide floristry skills-based training for the team.
- Mentorship and coaching for the florists - including presentation of creative solutions.
- Develop learning and exposure opportunities for the floristry team in collaboration with overseas florists or other collaborating artists.
- Oversee team staffing & participate in hiring.
- Production _
- Offer additional support during high volume periods - checking floral choices, completed orders and assisting with hands on production for more complex arrangements.
- Oversee and manage production team spend (budget).
- Oversee floral product range and ensure it meets market trends and revenue expectations.
- Oversee pricing proposals for all evergreen floral products and bespoke proposals; evergreen website products to be discussed with MD.
- Creative _
- Provide insights on floristry trends and developments globally.
- Oversee creation of moodboards and proposals for client requests (for corporate events, corporate gifting or one-off orders) or contract work (THG, Nana & Bird, other ad hoc proposals).
- Guard the unique design philosophy and aesthetic of the brand through the work of the florists.
- Press and Marketing _
- Represent the brand as our floral expert for marketing or press purposes.
- Oversee any floristry related (domain expert) content for marketing or press purposes.
- Develop floristry related ideas to encourage and develop the WB florist community (e.g. flower potluck).
