
Customer Service Specialist

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a keen ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and efficiently. Stay updated on product knowledge and troubleshoot technical problems to offer accurate solutions to customers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive problem resolution for customers.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service. Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution provided and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate data/records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, product development, and sales, to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute valuable insights from customer interactions.
- Adapt to a rotating schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
**Qualifications, Skills, Experience**
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or other related fields
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Being able to understand and empathize with customers' concerns or problems is crucial.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Effective time management skills are necessary to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently and meet response time targets.
**Plus Qualifications**
- Experience/exposure with AGVs, AMRs, and robotic systems
- Basic understanding of containers and Docker
- Familiarity with Linux platform, its configuration and Unix shell scripting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
