**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager based in Singapore. This role requires a unique combination of security, construction, project management, and leadership skills in the design and coordination of security systems and technology projects, to protect client assets. The Security Technical Project Manager must think holistically about security systems and how they impact the employee and visitor experience. This role will drive standards, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives through expert management of security vendors to meet stakeholders' expectations.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Draft improvement proposals and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders with attention to scalability and sustainability over time; support a cohesive and methodical approach to change management activities.
- Implement changes for greater impact and efficiency, leveraging tools and systems where applicable.
- Report out performance metrics to evaluate alignment progress and success leveraging internally built channels and tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of Global Product Security's team-wide processes, systems, and program documentation to support the implementation of standards, procedures, and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent, and uniformed service delivery.
- Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the organization's leadership, sourcing and proposing potential solutions
- Research and evaluate industry standards and benchmarks to support team tools and systems; communicate updates on emerging technologies, solutions, and tools that may impact business operations, team personnel, or vendors.
- Support planning and coordination of team-wide meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Partner with key cross-organizational teammates to formalize, aggregate, and solidify team-wide initiatives and deliverables.
- Primary point of contact for all security risk management related activities and initiatives.
- Directs team members assigned to projects tasks and operational activities associated with security risk management.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert around the strategic toolset that has been determined by corporate for workstreams.
- Onsite regular office hours in Singapore CBD area.
- Regional travel in APAC (up to 10%).

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:
**Required skills**:

- Proven track record in delivery and exceptional interpersonal skills are required for this role.
- At least Bachelor graduate in Physical Security, or Security Risk Management or equivalent work experience with minimum 3 years of project management in security.
- Proven experience in CCTV and Access Control System.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in security risk management and/or security project management in security area (preferable in global - multicultural environment)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF).
- Proficient in CCURE with at least Level 1 certification.
- Proficient in Genetec with at least ETC certification or demonstrated practical ability.

**Desired skills**:

- Familiar with e-builder is a plus
- Familiar with Adobe or CAD software
