Role Description: This position reports to the Director daily and will be responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction and maintaining a good customer database.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee will strive to achieve sales targets and pro actively communicate with customers, maintaining a customer database and communicating with them if there's any upcoming sales and stay updated with products features.The Trainee shall ensure a high volume of customer interactions, encompassing prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals; customer service and account management. Trainee will take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution to maintain good relation with client.
2.Trainee will be able to possess excellent knowledge of all of the company's products thoroughly and provide all the needed information on promoted products.
3.Trainee will be responsible for overseeing logistics and shipments until delivery is completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
4.The Trainee is responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients.The Trainee shall also be responsible for fostering and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5.The Trainee is responsible for a good and effective sales pitch, as well as good communication with suppliers, vendors as well as colleagues
3. Competencies:
1.Proactive and good communication, and able to build and maintain a high volume of customer interactions, customer service and account management. 2.Posessing excellent product knowledge and able to provide needed information on promoted products
3.Supervising of logistics, shipments and processes
4.Offering quotes to clients as well as fostering and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5.Good communication skills as well as sales pitch
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3200
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
