**Assistant Manager, Credit Solutions**

**What the day will look like**
Reporting to the line manager, job scope includes but is not limited to the following:
- Manage strategic clients by providing solutions and support in the daily tasks independently
- Deliver a consistently high and reliable service standard accurately and leveraging on the relationship with the insurers in the market
- Achieve team goals of growth, profitability & market share
- Achieve own personal New Business budget as assigned annually
- Develop and maintain own leads and opportunities; penetrate existing business; cross sell within Aon
- Create and manage an editorial calendar to deliver targeted, high-performing digital content
- Track and analyse prospect behaviours and trends to continuously optimize marketing campaigns
- Help identify, develop & implement efficient team operational sales & marketing processes
- Build successful long-term business relationships & professional network
- Ensure regulatory & corporate compliance standards are met at all time
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience with experience in insurance/trade credit highly preferred
- Degree in Banking/Finance/Insurance with understanding of the industry
- Understanding and experience of general corporate business in Singapore &/or multinational environment
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing; SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Willing to work hard to deliver results
- Be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
