**Job Purpose**:
The Human Resource Associate carry out responsibilities in preparing documents and processes relating to Consultancy Projects.

**Job Description**:

- To develop a working understanding of HR Policies, Procedures, and Functions.
- Support, facilitate, and under the guidance of the Project Consultant to prepare project materials and production in respect of the project assigned.
- Follow through stages of the project assigned and work closely with respective Project Consultant based on his/her are expertise.
- Create a project folder, draw up the priorities and ensure projects are on schedule for delivery.
- Review work regularly and attend weekly meetings and provide updates on the task and progress.
- To manage and maintain Project File and Folder under the server system so that all consultants and Project Leads can access reports/records.
- To be trained to use Data Entry Solution to update project progress and project status.
- Work together with other Trainee/Intern in the Company, train under and consult with Project Consultants.
- Research on the completed projects or other resources provided by Project Consultant, with relevant materials as a reference to create according to the task listed in our offering to the client’s EDG Project.
- Need to follow Project Consultants to client meetings to minute meetings and customize processes documents if necessary.
- Capture minutes of attendance and provide minutes of each meeting on items to follow up.
- Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
- Meticulous, active team player, and able to work independently
- Some knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Ability to multi-task, independent, good interpersonal skills, team player, and resourceful
- Knowledge of IT solutions is an added advantage
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and constantly striving to achieve results
- Verbal & Written proficiency in English is a must
