- Support purchase and sales processes
- Provide administrative support for sales and purchase, including sales order, job order and invoices
- Make logístical arrangements for delivery of goods to customer
- Work closely logistic team to ensure timely deliveries
- Keying in of data into the ERP system
- Assist in sourcing or procurement where required
- Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good coordinating and scheduling management
- Computer literate (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
