**What the role is**
- Develop, implement and manage internal and external communications to promote PA / CDC Programmes to achieve community goals whilst also ensuring compliances to CDC, Government and PA Rules and Regulations.
Corporate Services
- Oversee and supervise the management of outsourced functions, such as data entries, administration of schemes, bursaries and programmes, whilst ensuring compliance to data management guidelines on data protection and security.
- Track and coordinate timely updates and submission of utilisation reports for local schemes, bursaries and programmes.
- Manage and coordinate the collation of databases on CDC partners for reporting and submission purposes, i.e. Network Listing, Partners’ Dossier etc.
- Manage and document all process and procedures on the gathering of data, information and requirements of CDC partners, while ensuring compliances to data protection and security.
- Manage call function and follow-up on public enquiries, feedback and requests from stakeholders.
- Provide support for corporate events such as South West Partners & Volunteers Night, District Meeting, South West Community Dialogue, etc.
- Provide support on procurement functions such as drafting of specifications and Approval of Requirements, perform invoice / goods receipt and evaluation, raise Purchase Orders, etc.
