The key responsibilities include:
- Provide level 3 technical support on end user computing.
- Regularly look for ways and tools to streamline and automate various administrative tasks in end user computing.
- Participate in the IT Service Desk modernization project.
- Train service desk staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist the IT Operations Manager to supervise the outsourced IT Service Desk and the on-site support engineers.
- Assist the IT Operations Manager to update policies and procedures for service desk and end user computing.
- Collaborate with other IT functions to render suitable resolution and services.
- Manage end user hardware and software inventory.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
- ITIL v4 certified.
- Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- 5 - 8 years of End User Computing support experience covering Level 3 support, platform imaging and deployment as well as image testing and automation.
- Familiar with the ITSM framework.
- Good knowledge of industry wide End User Computing platform products, technologies, standards, suppliers, and best practice, recognizing industry direction and strategies.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating System environment (Windows 10, 11), Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory are essential.
- Operation experience or prior implementation experience in ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Prior scripting experience with Windows PowerShell for automating administrative tasks.
- Proven customer service, good verbal communication skills, process improvement, problem solving, teamwork, and quality assurance.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
