The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, and SEO, etc.

We are looking for a talented, self-directed PMO with an analytical mindset to join TikTok UG in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate and support TTUG Leadership team in determining and prioritizing business strategies and initiatives, while establishing project selection/prioritization process.

2. Support planning and prep in partnership with leads across TTUG for key team meetings and events.
- Including but not limited to, bimonthly team meetings, All Hands, staff meeting agendas, guest speakers, and team building events.

3. Structure and manage TTUG Operations team KPIs/highlights to facilitate XFN reporting - key partner during business and budget planning.

4. Define and manage surfacing of updates across TTUG related to milestones and larger XFN program deliverables.

5. Establish and standardize process for team-wide learning and development plans to further support career development.

6. Develop and formalize process for Roles & Responsibilities allocation in the event of any leaves/emergencies.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 6 years experience of project management experience within high-tech industry, preferably Saas/Technology company, and/or consulting.

2. Minimum 3 years experience managing a team with cross functional influence.

4. Proficiency in analyzing complex data, reporting, and transferring to actionable insights.

5. Strong experience leading diverse teams while being well versed in project/program management technique and methodologies.
