The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and be responsible for the product work of the overall UG international intelligent growth platform, including the goal formulation and product planning of the overall UG international product direction, etc., to help TikTok and other international core businesses achieve large-scale growth
2. In-depth insight into understand business operations, tap the core capabilities of UG 's international growth marketing, and precipitate it through productization to maximize the efficiency and effect of UG marketing, and create the most leading growth platform in the industry
3. Responsible for the overall product architecture design of UG 's international intelligent growth platform, and lead the team to promote the implementation of projects in all directions, and be responsible for the overall output and project results of the product team
4. Responsible for the organization, management and construction of the overall UG overseas product team
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/mathematics;
2. Have good business understanding ability, logical thinking ability and overall planning ability, and need 10 years or more experience in Internet platform product design;
3. Have a deep understanding of growth marketing, be familiar with the advertising industry, and need to have more than 5 years of product experience in the advertising industry; at the same time, those who have done C-side product growth are preferred;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and need more than 10 years of rich team management experience;
